Notice to BioBlender users (05-march-2014).
Version 1.0 has been demonstrated inadequate in two major features of the program.
It cannot import proteins of medium to large size, and cannot calculate MLP. Fo r this reason we have withdrown it, while we look for solutions to the problems.

Keeping in mind that it is still a work-in-progress project. Please help us fix the (inevitable) bugs by letting the software reporting any error (can be turned off) and tell us what you like it or not; and other features that you wish to implement.

Where you can find some of the assets that we have built during the elaboration of our movie PROTEIN EXPRESSIONS – Study N. 3Each compressed folder contains the appropriate Blender scene and a short README file. Please read the Explanatory Notes of the movie for more information on the biology and the elaboration of the relative objects. Please let us know if you find any problems, or if you succesfully use them! Thank you!
